Nostalgia Art Show Opening at the ARTfactory July 10 in Manassas, VA

It's on the radar: July 10 through August 9, 2026 is the Prince William Art Society (PWAS) member art show at the ARTfactory at 9419 Battle Street, Manassas, VA called "Nostalgia". The artists reception will be on the evening of Saturday, July 11, 2026 from 6-8 and you are welcome to attend and meet the artists!
The Prince William Art Society artists are excited to show you their nostalgic artwork and tell you the story about each piece and each artwork definitely has a story to tell! If you are looking for artwork that speaks to you, come and see and listen to what the Nostalgia show may say to you!
A Brief Look at Art Drop Off
In the pictures here, the PWAS artists were scheduled on Thursday, July 2 to drop off their selected artworks at the ARTfactory. Up on the walls, the Manassas Art Guild (MAG) art show is ongoing and that is called "A Moment in Time". (We have several PWAS members that are also MAG members.)
Above: Katharine Owens and spouse along with Mark Murphy are dropping off their works. On the tables and leaning against the walls are the incoming PWAS Nostalgia show artworks. Watercolor art, acrylic art, oil art, mixed media art - probably more - we have it for you to see.

Twenty-five PWAS Members were juried into the Nostalgia show, so drop off at the ARTfactory was from 11am to 5pm, so they will gradually appear through the day. Come to think of it, an added benefit to the artist drop off day is if you happen to visit a gallery at that time, its double the art show! 2 for 1!
And if you got to the ARTfactory before 1pm, you got to walk over to the wonderful Farmer's Market at the Harris Pavilion...which Bettie Sperty and I did. (Oh wow...beautiful tomatoes, corn, eggplants, you name it. Therein is another story though.)
The ARTfactory is found at 9419 Battle Street, Manassas, VA is Old Town Manassas...and oh boy does that AC feel good in this heat wave! Parking is easy, there is a free parking garage across the railroad tracks next to the Manassas Train Station and access to that is from Prince William Street.
