“If you don't want a generation of robots, fund the arts!” - Cath Crowley
The artwork gallery of places painted by Donna Liguria include locations in Virginia and DC, like the historic Virginia homes series with Mount Vernon, Monticello, Rosemont Manor, Governor's Executive Mansion, and Gunston Hall. The painted four seasons in Washington DC with the Capital, the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the White House are shown here. Also included are some artworks featuring the North Carolina beaches like the Outer Banks, Harkers Island, and Shackleford Banks - the ponies, but do see the paintings in the Nature/Water and Animal Galleries for more. Local Prince William County places include the historic train station in Manassas, and the Bluebell Festival in Nokesville. Occoquan and distant places occasionally hit the easel here too.

Cape Lookout Lighthouse (2025) - Lookout Lighthouse Bookcase Art Series
Bookcase Art is what I call artworks that are 4x4x1.5 small paintings that can go about anywhere. On a bookcase shelf, on a side table, in a nook or cranny, a quiet and cute reminder of places and scenes, and things we love. They do make great gifts too. Included in the photo is the 5 4x4 Bookcase Cape Lookout Lighthouse Series and the 4x12x1.5 "Lookout Fly By" which is the Blue Angels in formation flying by the lighthouse.
